Deze cursus van 8 sessies leert professionals hoe ze teams in hun organisaties kunnen trainen en coachen. Afgestudeerden worden gecertificeerde SafePath trainers/coaches. De cursus begint met de SafePath Basistraining (4 sessies), waarin de deelnemers de basisprincipes van SafePath leren. This course of 8 sessions teaches professionals how to train and coach teams within their organizations. Graduates become certified SafePath trainers/coaches. The course starts with the SafePath Basic Training (4 sessions), where participants learn the basic principles of SafePath. Het doel is om je SafePath coaching naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Deze cursus voldoet aan de hercertificeringseis voor SafePath-coaches. Om hun certificering te behouden, moeten coaches één Hercertificeringscursus per jaar volgen, te beginnen één jaar na het afronden van het Train-de-Trainers programma. Together with your fellow coaches, you will experience new techniques that you can immediately apply in practice with your teams. The goal is to take your SafePath coaching to the next level. This course meets the recertification requirement for SafePath coaches. To maintain their certification, coaches must take one Recertification course per year, starting one year after completing the Train-the-Trainers program.
